BIO Flex program

With our 9-day BIO Flex program , we help you to start a healthier phase of your life and overcome your inner laziness. The program is based on the interval fasting principle and thus offers you a lot of flexibility in your everyday life. At the same time, the Bergblut BIO juices flood your body with a variety of vitamins and nutrients and give you the energy you need. One solid meal is allowed per day and is rounded off with 3 colorful BIO juices (330ml each) and an BIO Bergshot (80ml each). A description of the 9-day program is included with the colorful juice selection.

These products are included

The composition of the juices included can vary depending on freshness and stock levels and contains at least 6 different types of juice (330 ml each). If you have any intolerances or want to replace a certain juice with another, please contact us.

juice cleanse process

The BIO Flex program accompanies you for 9 days (or longer if desired). You can choose between three different types (breakfast eater, lunch eater, dinner eater) and drink 3 organic juices and 1 organic mountain shot per day. We include more detailed information, as well as nutrition and exercise recommendations, in the program.
