How should I store Bergblut juices?

You should store Bergblut juices in a cool place. To ensure that the cold chain is not interrupted, we ship our juices with a large portion of ice to ensure they stay cool. After delivery, it is best to put them straight into the fridge. Our juices are not preserved using any additives - they have a shelf life of at least two weeks after delivery.

How are Bergblut juices made?

Our juices are produced using cold pressing (HPP process). This is considered to be particularly gentle, as no vitamins or minerals are destroyed by heating or oxidation. Our fruit and vegetable juices therefore provide you with a variety of high-quality nutrients that you consume during your 5-day juice cleanse. Quality and freshness are very important to us: That's why you won't find any additives or added sugar in our juices.

What ingredients are found in Bergblut juices?

At Bergblut, we only use organic fruit and vegetables to make our juices. We try to source all ingredients locally wherever possible and support our partners in our region. A look at the ingredients in our juices shows that we use a wide range of fruits and vegetables. These include spinach, lime, beetroot, cucumber, orange and carrot. Some juices also contain ginger, turmeric or black pepper.

How does a juice cleanse work?

During a juice cleanse, you avoid eating solid food: instead, you drink six juices throughout the day. At Bergblut, these contain 330 ml and replace a meal. During a juice cleanse, you should make sure you drink enough liquid. It is best to drink at least 2 liters of water or tea. In the follow-up, you can write down how you felt during the juice cleanse and how your body has changed.

Can I start immediately with a 5-day juice cleanse?

If you have never done a juice cleanse before, you should start with a short one or two days. Going without solid food can be strange at first. With a shorter juice cleanse, you can get your body used to it. You can then extend the juice fast in small steps and supply your body with 6 juices per day.

Can I lose weight while on a juice cleanse?

Yes, a juice cleanse can help you lose weight. You consume fewer calories than normal while fasting. You can check the nutritional values of the individual juices - you can find them on the label. In fact, juice cleanses are even said to be able to stimulate the metabolism.
